Role DescriptionThe Infant Teacher is a full-time, on-site role located in Conifer, CO. The primary responsibilities include creating a safe and nurturing environment for infants, guiding them through developmental milestones, and implementing age-appropriate curriculum activities. The Infant Teacher will also collaborate with team members, maintain communication with families, and ensure compliance with Montessori teaching methods and safety standards. Building strong and trusting relationships with infants and their families is a key component of this role.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and expertise in Early Childhood Development and Child Development
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Teaching in early childhood education settings
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and passion for working with infants to support their emotional and physical growth
- Montessori certification or similar early childhood education qualification is highly preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is recommended
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with families
