Job SummaryAffiliate faculty, also known as adjunct or part‑time faculty, are contracted per course. The position is for teaching online and/or in‑person project management courses for the Anderson College of Business and Computing. Courses may include the following:
- BA 4658 Project Management
- PM 6510 Delivering Organizational Excellence
- PM 6520 Agile Product Development
- PM 6530 Hybrid Project Management
- PM 6560 Strategic & Business Management for Project Managers
- PM 6570 Leading Projects in Contemporary Orgs
- PM 6590 Project Monitoring and Delivery - Capstone
- Teach online and/or in‑person courses in eight‑week sessions. In person courses are taught at Regis University’s North Denver Campus, primarily in the evening.
- Facilitate highly engaging lectures, discussions, video interactions, and cases using materials and syllabi provided as well as develop original, relevant assignments and content.
- Participate in course discussions and group activities that meet course objectives.
- Grade student assignments and posts and provide detailed, student‑specific feedback and guidance. Return work in a reasonable time after it is submitted.
- Hold office hours for students on a by‑appointment basis.
- Populate the learning management course shell with updated syllabus, assignment due dates, gradebook, and other materials before the course begins.
- Work closely with the department chair or program director to ensure Regis policies and expectations are met.
- Master's degree in business or similar discipline from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Experience teaching using interactive and engaging methods. Significant experience conducting professional project management training is also acceptable.
- Extensive experience facilitating interactive courses that challenge and engage undergraduate and/or graduate students. Can provide student evaluations from past courses.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other PM certifications.
- Professional experience that relates to the courses being taught.

Work ScheduleWhen assigned to a course, work in eight‑week sessions. Eight‑week sessions start in August, October, January, March, May, and July.
This position will remain open until filled, with a preferred Final date to receive applications of February 24th, 2026.
This position is benefits‑eligible for workers' compensation and will receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
Pay Rate$3,400 per course of seven students or more.
