• Support the management and maintenance of the firm's marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation and other tools as assigned.
• Assists with data management to ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across various marketing technology platforms.
• Work with firm and marketing colleagues as a first point of contact for technical issues; troubleshoot problems and collaborate with our system admins to resolve issues.
• Assist in building, testing, and deploying digital marketing campaigns through CRM and marketing automation and other tools as assigned.
• Assist with the training to users new functionality, tools and marketing best practices.
• Assist with other Mar Tech projects, as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
• 1+ years' work experience in a marketing or technical role with exposure to digital marketing technology platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools like MSD
  365, Marketo or similar tools.
• MS Office experience.
• The ability to interpret information effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simpler terms.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage short and long‑term projects with multiple phases.
• Desire to stay up to date with new technologies in the Mar Tech landscape.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40‑hour work week.
