Nurse Aide Adjunct Instructor

• Teach didactic and clinical courses as needed in the Nurse Aide program.
• Mentor and support students in learning.
• Work in the skills lab to support the application of knowledge, provide clinical instruction, and complete student evaluations (final grades by due dates).
• Respond to requests made by the program director, work collegially and professionally with others on staff, complete other duties as assigned and provide an outstanding role model for students.

• Licensure/Certification:
  Active unencumbered RN or LPN nursing license in the State of Colorado.
• Experience:
  
  Two years of nursing experience (one (4000 hours of Professional Nursing clinical experience within 5 years) with at least one year in long-term care facility caring for the elderly and/or the chronically ill of any age).
