As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. This role is available in both full‑time and part‑time capacities and is ideal for early‑career individuals seeking meaningful, hands‑on experience.

Program

Specialist Responsibilities
  • Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students
  • Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser
  • Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school
  • Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators
  • Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills – connects professionally and enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff through written and verbal communication.
  • Positive attitude – displays optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when interacting with clients and the team.
  • Growth mindset – demonstrates a continual desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
  • Good judgment – strong sense of self‑awareness and emotional intelligence.

Additional Requirements
  • Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
  • Pass Booster's background and motor vehicle checks.
  • Able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
  • Full‑day availability (7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) on scheduled workdays.
Compensation

$20 per hour, non‑exempt.
