Full-Time School Psychologist ($50-55 hr)
Location: Federal Heights, CO
Position Type: Full-time, School Year

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team in Federal Heights, CO for the upcoming school year.
Job Description: As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in promoting the academic, social, and emotional development of students within our school community. Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals, you will assess and address individual student needs, implement interventions, and provide counseling services as necessary. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting psychological assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Providing counseling and crisis intervention services to students in need
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to student support strategies
- Advocating for the mental health and well-being of all students
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Colorado state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques for evaluating academic, behavioral, and social-emotional functioning
- Experience in conducting individual and group counseling sessions preferred
