At Rocky Mountain Prep, Assistant Principals of Instruction lead instructional staff to achieve ambitious, measurable student outcomes by coaching and developing a portfolio of teachers through frequent observation, real‑time feedback, and clear performance expectations. Assistant Principals of Instruction analyze academic data to prioritize support, ensure high‑quality implementation of curriculum and assessments, and design and facilitate professional development that strengthens instructional practice.

They hold teachers accountable for excellence while building rigorous, inclusive learning environments where all students consistently access grade‑level content. Through strong relationships with staff, students, and families, APIs will drive continuous improvement and contribute to a high‑achieving school culture aligned to Rocky Mountain Prep’s academic goals and Concept Essence.
