- Master's Degree Preferred

- Minimum 3‑5 years experience working in an elementary school setting
- Support the development and implementation of a school‑wide behavior management system that promotes positive behavior and fosters a culture of respect, responsibility, and resilience.
- Provide leadership in the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior intervention plans and support services for students with social‑emotional or behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to identify students in need of additional support and coordinate appropriate interventions and services.
- Schedule and facilitate school MTSS meetings monthly.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers on effective classroom management strategies and positive behavior reinforcement techniques.
- When an administrative license is complete, conduct regular classroom spot observations through the RANDA evaluation system.
- Serve as a liaison between students, parents, teachers, and administrators to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and facilitate communication.
- Lead or support initiatives related to bullying prevention, character education, and social‑emotional learning to promote a positive school climate and prevent disciplinary issues.
- Administer and oversee the implementation of the school's disciplinary policies and procedures, ensuring fairness, consistency, and adherence to district and state regulations.
- Collaborate with community partners, agencies, and organizations to access resources and support services for students and families in need.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student behavior, discipline incidents, interventions, and support services.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to address emergencies, safety concerns, or critical incidents involving students or staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies, social‑emotional learning principles, and trauma‑informed practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and community members.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education and student support services.
- Work primarily takes place in a school setting, with occasional off‑site meetings, trainings, or events.
- May require some evening or weekend hours to accommodate school events, meetings, or activities.

SalarySee Certified Salary Schedule (on website); includes a $5,000 stipend.
