Position Type:
Part‑time (2 sections, .4 FTE) for the 2026‑2027 school year, beginning August4,2026 and ending the first week of June
2027.

• Teach Spanish in a student‑centered classroom at the secondary school level.
• Independently develop and implement curriculum while working collaboratively with other teachers.
• Participate in a professional community that values collaboration and growth.
• Share in the day‑to‑day life of the school community, contributing outside the classroom as required.
• Demonstrate intercultural competence by bridging diverse perspectives, identities, and lived experiences.
• Carry out the CA Mission—“Creating Curious, Kind, Courageous, and Adventurous Learners and Leaders”—to support the Upper School vision.

• Experience, training, and/or a demonstrated interest in teaching Spanish at the secondary school level.
• Ability to independently develop curriculum and work on a team with other teachers.

The pay is prorated for actual time worked based on a full‑time equivalent salary ranging from $64,900 to $116,900. The school may pay more or less than the posted range. Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance benefit programs are available, as is a 403(b) retirement plan. Eligibility is defined by the applicable plan document.
