Mile High Early Learning has an opening for a School Cook - Floater.

Job Responsibilities of the School Cook:

* Assist with delivering high quality, nutritious food service for early childhood center children

* Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen

* Ensure materials and equipment are kept in a safe fashion in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements

* Adhere to Colorado Adult Child Food Program (CACFP) requirements

* Communicate with coworkers and families in a warm and professional manner

Requirements

* Must be 18 or older

* HS/GED (preferred)

* Speak, read, write and interpret written materials and oral information in English

* Reliable transportation as this position will float from center to center as needed.

* 1 year prior institutional cooking experience (preferred)

* Experience with the Child and Adult Care Food Program / CACFP (preferred)

* Math skills to meet position requirements

* Pass CBI background check and post-employment medical examination
