Space Force Targeting Instructor – TS/SCI

Location: Peterson Space Force Base, CO

Clearance: Active TS/SCI required

The Leidos Defense Group is seeking an experienced Space Targeting Instructor to support a Military Intelligence Program enabling the United States Space Force ISR enterprise
. You will join a mission‑driven team delivering advanced training, intelligence solutions, and operational support across land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace.

• Provide course development
  , updates, and primary instruction for Space Force targeting training programs.
• Serve as the schoolhouse Space Targeting SME
  , ensuring curriculum accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with evolving USSF ISR requirements.
• Train students on the fundamentals of collecting, analyzing, and applying targeting techniques and tradecraft using real‑world scenarios.
• Maintain strong collaboration with mission partners to ensure training reflects current operational needs.

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years of experience relevant to the USSF ISR mission
  .
• 4+ years of experience within the space targeting enterprise
  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse customer set.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to support operational requirements.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

• Recent Space Force ISR experience.
• Recent Space Force instructor experience.
