At Temple Sinai Preschool, we believe early childhood education should be joyful, for children and for educators. We’re looking for a flexible, relationship-driven Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Floater, who loves stepping into different classrooms, supporting colleagues, and building connections across our school community. • Step into classrooms to support teaching teams, maintain continuity, and keep the day running smoothly

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and being a steady, supportive presence throughout the school.

• Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Colorado
• Experience in a licensed early childhood setting (preferred)
• A genuine love for working with young children
• Strong emotional awareness, patience, and flexibility
• Ability to be active throughout the day (including lifting up to 40 lbs.)

• $21.00–$24.00/hour based off education and experience

• Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
