Position Summary
The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition is seeking applications for a part‑time instructor for the Food Science & Human Nutrition Program.

$25,000 to $35,000 annual 0.5 FTE
EssentialJob Duties
- Teach one or more courses in one of our three undergraduate programs
- Assess student progress
- Provide student feedback
- Develop new course materials
Pre‑employment criminal background check (required for new hires)
SupervisionThis position will report to the Department Head.
Minimum Qualifications- Master’s degree in a related field
- 1‑2 years Teaching Experience
- Experience working in a university setting
- Experience designing new college‑level courses
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
