Salary: $23.20 - $27.88 per hour (depending on position and qualifications)

Mile High Early Learning is a leading provider of early care and education for children 6 weeks to five years, focused on preparing them for kindergarten with a Montessori‑inspired curriculum.

• Co‑lead a classroom of eight infants or toddlers
• Work closely with teaching team to individualize curriculum to meet children’s needs
• Support children’s social and emotional needs
• Complete developmental assessments and screenings
• Conduct home visits (twice per year) and parent‑teacher conferences
• Encourage and support parent involvement in the classroom
• Create a safe and healthy learning environment
• Supervise the safety of the children in care
• Communicate with coworkers and families in a warm and professional manner

• AA or BA in ECE or Child Development OR BA/MA in an unrelated field with a current Teaching License with an endorsement in ECE, ElEd or Sp Ed
• CDA I/T or PDIS Level II (with ECE 111 or EQIT Cert., ECE 101 and 103)
• Ability to work full‑time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening meetings

• Bilingual (Spanish, Arabic, Amharic, Somali)
• Experience with the Montessori philosophy
