Pole D'Appui A La Scolarite

The Pôle D'Appui à la Scolarité (PAS) is part of the transformation of the medico-social offer to strengthen inclusive education. It intervenes in prevention and support of educational teams, in a rapid, flexible, and territorialized response.

The organization of PAS is based on close collaboration between professionals of the National Education and those of the medico-social, for proximity support, to both students, families, and pedagogical teams.

This position is for professionals wishing to join an innovative dynamic, at the heart of current issues of inclusive education and the transformation of the medico-social offer.

Within the PAS, and under the coordination of the territorial manager, your main missions are:

• Welcome and listening to families:
  Conducting interviews, identifying needs, reassuring and orienting legal guardians.
• Support to National Education professionals:
  Accompanying teachers in the development of adapted responses, providing expertise on specific needs.
• Observation and evaluation in school environment:
  Identifying weak signals, analyzing pedagogical contexts, co-constructing individualized responses.
• Proposal of pedagogical adjustments and tools:
  Implementing concrete aids in and out of the classroom, through adapted tools.
• Strengthening the partnership dimension:
  Co-action with National Education and the network MDA, PCO, CMPP, Integrated Systems.
• Educational support by medico-social staff:
  Direct interventions with the student, in cooperation with partners in the health, medico-social, or social fields.
• Orientation of families and professionals:
  Information on procedures, links with existing aid systems.
• Awareness and training:
  Animation of workshops or sessions for educational teams on particular educational needs, neurodevelopmental disorders, etc.

Numerous daily trips are to be expected, for which you will have a service vehicle.

Your know-how:

• Ability to work and function in pairs
• Preventing breaks in the educational path
• Favoring maintenance in ordinary environment
• In-depth knowledge of school inclusion systems and adapted pedagogical tools.
• Fine knowledge of TND
• Knowledge of behavior and attachment disorders.
• Fine knowledge of associative networking and support systems for children with particular needs
• Capacity for autonomy and accountability
• Teamwork skills
• Sense of responsibility and initiative.

You hold the DEES and a B permit.
