UME Curriculum Coordinator – DOCS & Traverse

The role coordinates multiple courses, faculty members, schedules, and systems simultaneously to support the successful delivery of educational experiences. Key responsibilities include building and validating course schedules, uploading and maintaining learning materials, providing logistical and technical support for curriculum sessions, and serving as a reliable point of contact for faculty and students.

While the role requires independent management of daily responsibilities and strong follow-through, it operates within established guidelines and receives guidance from senior staff rather than requiring independent program ownership.

The position also offers opportunities to identify and recommend incremental process improvements while building valuable skills in academic and program operations.
