Job Title
Responsible for supporting the Summer Instructor at the Extended Learning and Community Schools (ELCS) Sports Summer Camp.
Job DescriptionWorking with students from 4th to 6th grades on skills, techniques and strategies in a sport (e.g. soccer, flag football, basketball, etc.) This role is for June 3, 2026 to July 24, 2026.

- Salary range: $22.50 with COLA incentive

- Supports daily instruction in assigned sports based on guidance from the summer instructor
- Supports daily practice and camp plans
- Promotes exceptional sportsmanship
- Supports with pre and post skill development tests/evaluations
- Ensures upkeep and working condition of all camp areas and equipment
- Works with camp staff on student recruitment and retention
- Provides support for day-to-day program operations as needed
- Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
- Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position.
Minimum high school diploma/ged
Required 1+ sports instruction experience in the specified sport(s) offering
