- Salary Range: $22.465 - $26.958 per hour. for more information on compensation for these roles.

- Supervise groups of students with behavior problems who have been suspended from the regular classroom.
- Assist students with assignments, obtain and organize resource materials for students, and assist with clerical tasks and other interventions that support student learning, attendance, and positive behavior.
- Facilitate Restorative Justice Interventions according to the DPS discipline matrix and ladder and use best RJ practices in responding to student behavioral concerns.
- Create reports for Administration, Teachers, and Parents.
- Locate resources to provide crisis intervention.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high‑quality education.
- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
- Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position.
