Program Coordinator, College Readiness Systems

Job Title

Responsible for implementing college readiness systems support through high quality Culturally Responsive Education (CRE) College Readiness Assessment resources.

About this job:

Supports the implementation of postsecondary program(s) across schools in partnership with the team; provides support to staff at designated sites in relationship to program practices. Supports program implementation leads, school leadership and/or Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) across designated sites through attendance at related events, co-planning and/or co-facilitation of professional learning, data collection, analysis, and other tasks; leads and cultivates a deeper understanding of and investment in program practices in rigorous course equity for every student.

Assists in the development of District-wide rigorous course systems and procedures; works with school leaders and contracted partners to effectively create and communicate school level goals, program outcomes and other current strategies. Partners and collaborates with other teams and outside consultants to execute program guidelines; serves as a liaison between the team and designated program sites and partners. Collects and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data on resources and professional learning to continuously improve college readiness strategy.

Manages internal and external communication regarding concurrent enrollment and post-secondary assessments to ensure consistency in messaging. Plans, implements and evaluates strategies to continuously assess and monitor rigorous course equity opportunities, and provides recommendations for and implements improvement of systems and structures. Represents team on regional and statewide initiatives as appropriate.
