Company Description
Arrupe Jesuit High School, founded in 2003 in Denver, serves students who may not otherwise have access to a private, college preparatory Catholic education due to financial need. As a member of the Cristo Rey Network, the school follows a proven model that combines rigorous academics with real-world work experience. Its signature Corporate Work Study Program allows students to attend classes four days per week and work in entry-level corporate positions one day per week.
Teams of four students share one full‑time role and collectively earn a significant portion of their tuition, resulting in over $15.4 million earned for tuition over the past thirteen years. This innovative approach helps students build professional skills while making a college‑focused education more affordable.
