Responsibilities:

• Implement engaging lesson plans that promote student learning and achievement

• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, empathy, and kindness

• Collaborate with the General Studies DIrector of Education to implement curriculum standards

• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of student progress

• Participate in staff development and professional growth opportunities to stay current with best practices in education
