Inflight Learning Instructor
Ready to play a key role in preparing Flight Attendants to deliver a safe and exceptional travel experience? As an Inflight Learning Instructor in Denver, you will deliver classroom and hands-on training for initial, recurrent, requalification, and special event courses that support Inflight Operations. You will evaluate performance, provide coaching, and serve as a subject matter expert on policies and procedures to ensure Flight Attendants are equipped to respond to onboard emergencies and operate safely.
This role also includes supporting curriculum updates, providing feedback on training materials, and partnering across operational Teams. Your work directly strengthens the safety, readiness, and confidence of Flight Attendants across the network.

Responsibilities- Assist with and/or leads special projects
- Facilitate learning programs in both technical and soft skills
- Instruct and facilitate classes
- Perform administrative tasks including classroom setup, duplication and distribution of materials, etc.
- Maintain responsibility for Flight Attendant Training
- Provide coaching to class participants and feedback to their respective Leaders
- Maintain responsibility for complying with all necessary paperwork, curriculum, and training materials associated with Training program
- Accurately represent content to all Customers (Instructors, Business, Sr. Leadership, Safety Risk Management, etc.)
- May attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
- Skilled in selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things
- Knowledge of airline industry
- Skilled in classroom management
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Required:
High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate-level experience; fully functioning broad knowledge in:
- classroom instruction, facilitation experience or relevant training
- public speaking skills

Flight Attendant Certification - Preferred:
Must meet all regulatory criteria to obtain and maintain a CREW badge designation; this position requires successful and continuous enrollment in Rap Back
- Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to other locations to support operational needs, and occasional overnight stays required
Competitive market salary from $73,600 - 81,800
* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
