Create Wonder-Filled Learning Experiences:
- Design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that make learning feel like play
- Guide children through language, literacy, early math, and science discoveries
- Foster social-emotional development through positive relationship building
- Observe and assess each child's unique developmental progress
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity and creativity

Essential Qualifications:
- Meet local childcare regulatory requirements
- Experience working in licensed early childhood programs preferred
- Understanding of child development from infancy through pre-kindergarten
- Physical ability to actively engage with children (lifting up to 35 lbs.)
- ECE/Lead Teacher credentials preferred
This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid in two installments:
• $166.67 will be paid on the paycheck following 30 days of active employment
• $333.33 will be paid on the paycheck following 6 months of active employment
