Overview
As a K-8th Grade substitute, you will be responsible for carrying out the sub-plans as directed by the lead teacher in the classroom, and supervising the class of students throughout the day. This includes greeting students as they arrive and supervising children during activities such as lunch, recess, specials (as needed), classroom lessons and activities, while ensuring safety through active participation, observation, and intervention when necessary or as directed by administration.
You should interact with all students and staff with kindness and respect.

- Pass multiple background checks and complete required paperwork and training to be in K-8 classrooms.
- Training is conducted online via the PDIS platform; staff members will be compensated for time spent completing the training.
- We aim to fill the position within one month of hire.
- Part-time position with no benefits.
