This position is responsible for the instruction of General Biology classes. This includes preparation for classes and the creation and management of course content.

The Adjunct Instructor for Biology will teach assigned classes. The days and times of classes are dependent on schedule, budget, and enrollment.

• Preferred experience with curriculum development.
• Preferred environmental science experience.

Education:

The successful Biology adjunct instructor must have a Master’s degree in a Biological Science or related Master’s degree and at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline to be taught.

Experience:

Previous experience teaching in a community college setting is preferred.
