- Teach general studies courses to 4th-grade girls from 12:30-3:30
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve instructional strategies
- Communicate with parents and provide progress updates
- Participate in staff development opportunities to stay current with best practices and curriculum updates
