Wellspring Church in Denver hosts the 3 Streams Institute Pastoral Resident program, a two-year, full-time, paid residency for men pursuing Anglican ordination, modeled after a teaching hospital. The program is two years, fully funded, and provides mentorship and hands-on ministry.
Residents gain hands-on ministry experience, mentorship from senior pastors, and formation in the Anglican tradition, with involvement in preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and project leadership.
