Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit dedicated to equipping, sending, and reaching students with the gospel on school campuses and online. We partner with churches to develop student leaders and expand campus ministry across the nation.

We are seeking a Denver Campus Ministry City Director to lead and grow ministry efforts throughout the Denver area by coaching student leaders, building relationships with local churches, and mobilizing communities to reach the next generation for Christ.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor student leaders.
• Build partnerships with pastors, churches, and community leaders.
• Lead and expand campus ministry across the Denver area.
• Travel regularly throughout Denver with occasional nationwide travel.

Qualifications:

• Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for evangelism and discipleship.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Compensation:

• $50,000–$65,000 annually
  , based on experience.
• Staff members raise financial and prayer support with training and ongoing coaching provided.

Hours:
Full-time (45+ hours per week)

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: Ministry experience in church or para-church setting preferred.
• Travel: This role will include consistent travel in the Denver area and some travel around the nation.
