Denver Test Prep (DTP) is seeking an experienced educator to manage nonprofit partnerships and oversee test prep training programs. As Manager of Nonprofit Programs and Training, you will be a key member of a small, high-performing team at a locally owned company expanding across Colorado.
Your main responsibilities include driving the success of nonprofit programs—managing partnerships, designing curricula, tracking outcomes, and reporting results. You will also serve as the lead instructor for ACT/SAT prep classes for groups of 3–20 students.
This role requires the ability to teach ACT/SAT content at a high level. Additionally, you will lead internal training programs for tutors and manage test prep resources.

Work Hours & ScheduleCandidates should be prepared to work 50–60 hours per week during the school year for the next three years to accelerate career growth and earnings. This director-track position aims for promotion with a total compensation of $100,000–$125,000+ within three years.
The schedule is flexible, with most tutoring on weekday evenings (2–9 pm) and weekends. The Manager will work 5–6 days during the school year and 3–4 during summer. Administrative tasks and meetings are mostly remote. The role includes unlimited vacation with 4–6 weeks off annually, including holidays.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Denver and occasionally to Boulder are required.
Compensation$73,000 - $80,000 annually
