The Primrose School at Colorado Station is looking to add to our amazing Prekindergarten Teaching Team! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Teacher to plan and implement an ongoing program of activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child, in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to teaching and learning. Primrose School at Colorado Station is an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational childcare experience.

Desired skills and experience include a high school degree or equivalent, previous teaching experience (preferred), understanding children's needs and behaviors, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and meeting the necessary requirements for Colorado.

Primary responsibilities include overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children, observing all rules and regulations, assessing each child's developmental needs, implementing lesson plans, maintaining an attractive classroom, providing verbal recognition and acceptance, accepting responsibility for maintenance, attending all required staff meetings, maintaining professional personal appearance, and assisting in other capacities as determined by the Director or designee.
