Rakuten Kobo Inc. seeks an experienced Site Operations/Campaign Coordinator to schedule media placements across Rakuten's website and app. You will be the main point of contact for merchant partners and internal teams, ensuring assets are accurate and delivered on schedule.
You will own end-to-end QA on placements, identify process improvements, and collaborate with Sales and Creative teams to drive successful campaigns, especially during Q4 and peak periods.
