Bilingual Special Education Teacher that is available for the 2026/2027 school year.

• Minimum of 1 year of classroom experience
• Must hold or currently be in the process of obtaining a Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license
• Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred, but not required
• Candidates should have experience supporting Multilingual Learners, including students whose home language is Spanish
• Strong communication, classroom management, and collaboration skills

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Special Education Resource Teacher for a full-time school-based opportunity at Pioneer Elementary School in Lafayette, Colorado for the 2026/2027 school year.

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Pioneer Elementary School – Lafayette, CO
• Elementary Special Education Resource Teacher
• Contract dates:
  August 4, 2026 – May 21, 2027
• Face-to-face, school-based position
• Must be a flexible and collaborative team player

• Provide Special Education instruction and support to elementary-aged students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide appropriate accommodations and modifications based on student needs
• Support Multilingual Learners, including students whose home language is Spanish
• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, Special Education staff, related service providers, administrators, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment

$55-$57 per hour $2,062-$2,137 per week
