The School of Hospitality serves students across four majors, one minor, and six certificates. The School is the only program in the United States that has a LEED Gold hotel Spring Hill Suites hotel, a commercial conference space, a state-of-the-art beverage testing laboratory, a commercial restaurant, the Day Leadership Academy, and the Charlie Papazian Brewing Education Lab.

• Teach 3+ credit hours. Subject areas may include, but are not limited to:
  Wine Fundamentals, Beer and Spirits, Enology:
  The Making of Wine, Wines of the Old World, Wines of the New World, Wine and Food Pairing
• Will work and interact with diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff
• Will demonstrate ability to effectively infuse technology into coursework
• Will be available for consultation with students

An affiliate faculty member's duties may include but are not limited to: teaching assigned classes in person or online by delivering course content to students, preparing course materials and lesson plans, grading student work, providing students with robust feedback in a timely manner, addressing student questions consistent with university, college/school, and department policies, and providing online or in person academic support to students as needed and appropriate for the teaching assignment;

providing instruction in assigned classes consistent with the content and learning objectives of the regular course syllabus and, if required, with…
