About the Role:As a 3rd Grade Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for your students. You will implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum standards, assess student progress, and provide individualized support to meet the needs of each student. Responsibilities:- Implement engaging lesson plans that promote student learning and achievement
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, empathy, and kindness
- Collaborate with the General Studies DIrector of Education to implement curriculum standards
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of student progress
- Participate in staff development and professional growth opportunities to stay current with best practices in education
