The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) seeks a Regulatory Analyst to join its Policy unit. You will contribute to electric utility energy plans to support an 80% emissions reduction by 2030, supporting policy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across utilities, transportation, and buildings.
Hybrid work with one in-office day per week. Responsibilities include tracking PUC proceedings, drafting testimony, stakeholder engagement, and policy research to advance the CEO’s mission.
