Aviation Design Manager

Location:

Denver, Colorado.

Garver has been designing projects for more than 250 aviation clients for six decades. Our Aviation team maintains a diverse, skilled design team dedicated to providing expertise and leadership to assist clients in meeting both current and future aviation needs.

What you'll do

As part of the Aviation team at Garver, this Aviation Design Manager will develop and edit conceptual design deliverables for projects across the United States. This role will involve collaborating with engineers to produce marketing and design phase deliverables, including detailed project approaches, technical reports, specifications, narratives, and document assembly.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Project management of conceptual designs for proposals.
  • Coordinate efforts from technicians and technical writers to support deliverables.
  • Creation and collaboration on airport designs.
  • Work with Project Managers and Engineers to incorporate appropriate level of detail in each deliverable.
  • Participate in project progress meetings.

Occasional travel may be required for industry conferences or project-specific meetings. Candidates must be able to seek out and resolve issues through close interaction with other project team members, maintain a positive team attitude, and demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness.

Projected Compensation Range

$108,600 to $165,800 (salary range considers differences in incentive compensation commensurate with qualifications, experience, and performance).
