e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Technician (Sales & Service Tech) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted equipment expert for our customers—supporting their audiological instrumentation needs through new equipment solutions, technical repairs, and NASED-certified calibration.
Travel: This position requires regional travel to customer sites across Colorado and parts of Montana, including some overnight and weekly travel.
Compensation: Starting salary of $55,000, with commission eligibility after training and required competencies are met (typically after 6+ months).

Responsibilities- Perform ANSI-certified calibrations, maintenance, equipment repairs and installations on a wide range of audiology equipment.
- Stay updated and attend all identified required training.
- Build and maintain customer relationships; provide service and technical support.
- Collaborate with Office Administrator for scheduling.
- Maintain accurate customer and equipment records.
- Identify potential clients and cultivate sales opportunities to support territory growth.
- Ensure preventative maintenance is completed according to best practice.
- Travel up to 80%; work independently with minimal supervision.
- Calibrate equipment received at regional office and coordinate returns.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A two (2) year Technical or Engineering degree or related experience required.
- Willingness to follow the guidelines detailed in the e3 Proficiency and Certification handbook.
Travel:
- This role may require travel as much as 80% of the time.
- Some overnight trips will be required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.
- Physically able to drive a vehicle for prolonged periods of time.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clear driving record.
- Clear background check including criminal history and education verification.
- Must pass Drug Test.
