CompensationStarting salary of $55,000, with commission eligibility after training and required competencies are met (typically after 6+ months).

Responsibilities- Perform ANSI‑certified calibrations, maintenance, equipment repairs and installations on a wide range of audiology equipment.
- Stay updated and attend all required training.
- Build and maintain customer relationships; provide service and technical support.
- Collaborate with Office Administrator for scheduling.
- Maintain accurate customer and equipment records.
- Identify potential clients and cultivate sales opportunities to support territory growth.
- Ensure preventative maintenance is completed according to best practice.
- Travel up to 80%; work independently with minimal supervision.
- Calibrate equipment received at regional office and coordinate returns.
- Other duties as assigned.
The role requires regional travel to customer sites across Colorado and parts of Montana, including some overnight and weekly travel. This may require travel as much as 80% of the time, and some overnight trips will be required.
Physical Requirements- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods during a daily routine.
- Physically able to drive a vehicle for prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
- Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching depending on variables at customer location.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clear driving record.
- Clear background check including criminal history and education verification.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Effective verbal & written communication with professional appearance.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two‑year technical or engineering degree or related experience required.
- Willingness to follow the guidelines detailed in the e3 Proficiency and Certification handbook.
