Engineering Technician – Denver Metro Area

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician in the Denver Metro Area.

Salary: $26 - $40 per hour

• Performing laboratory tests as per the industry standards and guidelines.
• Operating a nuclear densometer to measure the density of substances.
• Processing and analyzing test data using computer software and presenting the results to stakeholders.
• Communicating test progress and results to clients, vendors, and staff at all levels.
• Documenting work through accurate field notes and sketches.
• Observing field and construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and staff.
• Working independently with minimal supervision, while demonstrating a high level of responsibility and commitment to excellence.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience as a field and/or lab technician.
• Experience in field and construction observation is desirable.
• Current Nuclear Gage Safety and Transport Training.
• Current HAZWOPER certification, ACI & WAQTC Certification & Nuke Gage 6.
• The ability to produce accurate field notes and sketches to document work.
• A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• A personable, flexible, and professional demeanor.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
