Directional Driller

We are seeking an experienced Directional Driller to join our drilling operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience operating Orbit Rotary Steerable System (RSS) technology and a strong background in directional drilling operations. This role is responsible for planning and executing directional drilling programs to achieve precise wellbore placement while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

• Plan and execute directional drilling operations using Orbit RSS technology
• Monitor and adjust drilling parameters to maintain planned wellbore trajectory
• Interpret real‑time drilling data and make operational decisions to optimize well placement
• Operate and troubleshoot Orbit Rotary Steerable System equipment
• Collaborate with drilling engineers, rig crews, and operations teams to ensure successful well delivery
• Prepare and review well plans, including directional drilling programs and survey plans
• Monitor downhole conditions and recommend corrective actions as needed
• Ensure all drilling activities comply with safety procedures and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate drilling records and daily reports
• Provide technical guidance and support to rig personnel
• Participate in pre‑well planning meetings and post‑well reviews
• Communicate wellbore trajectory status and any deviations to stakeholders

• Proven experience as a Directional Driller
• Hands‑on experience operating Orbit Rotary Steerable System (RSS)

• Strong understanding of directional drilling principles and wellbore surveying
• Ability to interpret geological and drilling data
• Proficiency in directional drilling software and planning tools
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
