- Assist in reviewing Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to understand project scope.
- Support in preparing cost estimates and performing quantity takeoffs under senior team guidance.
- Help organize and maintain estimate documentation and files.
- Work with senior estimators, project managers, architects, and engineers to gather cost and feasibility data.
- Assist with contract monitoring, including change orders and material procurement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned while learning best practices in estimating.
- Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
- At least 3 - 5 years' of estimating experience preferred
- Proficient in Accubid or similar estimating software
