Technical Project Coordinator

For our location in Denver, Colorado, we are looking for a dedicated individual to support our projects in North America both technically and operationally.

• Coordination and supervision of technical projects in the field of snow making systems across the USA
• On-site construction management: organization, monitoring, and technical supervision of project execution
• Coordination with clients, authorities, and internal departments
• Management of subcontractors and third-party companies – from contract initiation to final acceptance
• Planning and management of logistics for materials, machinery, and technical equipment, including collaboration with customs authorities
• Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget compliance
• Technical support during commissioning and client handovers

• Completed technical education (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering or similar)
• Experience in project management, construction site coordination, or technical field service
• Familiarity with subcontractor and technical service provider management
• Independent and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel (primarily within the USA)
• Good command of English;
  German or Italian skills are a plus
• Valid U.S. work permit required
