BAS Design Engineer Supervisor

, Lakewood, CO – Join our team as a BAS Design Engineer Supervisor and help deliver HVAC and building automation solutions across commercial and critical facilities in the Denver Metro area.

Job Title: BAS Design Engineer Supervisor
Pay: $105,000 - $130,000 (Salaried)
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and program BAS solutions using various protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Conduct system testing and commissioning to verify functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for programming and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand system requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end‑users and technicians.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in building automation technology.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the Director of Operations.
Qualifications
  • BS in Engineering or equivalent; minimum 5 + years’ experience in Building Automation, HVAC and Lighting Control design.
  • Experience with energy management, building commissioning, and systems diagnostics/troubleshooting (3–5 years).
  • Hands‑on experience with HVAC, electrical, building automation/controls, boilers, AC, and chillers.
  • Strong customer service skills and self‑motivation; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
