We are seeking highly motivated experienced UMTS/LTE engineers to support our clients in their deployment and optimization efforts. Candidates must have several years of experience as RF optimization engineers with minimum 1 year experience of hands on optimization on live Alcatel Lucent UMTS networks. Candidates will be responsible for:
- RF network design, planning and optimization activities
- Link budget analysis, design criteria and traffic analysis
- Ensure data integrity of drive test data for model calibration
- Network performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks, including parameter implementation through OSS, MML, and batch scripts
- BSS/RNC/Node B parameter modifications
- Analyze and recommend equipment and antenna co-location requirements for multiple technologies
- Perform site build verification and acceptance
- Perform frequency planning and/or scrambling code/ PN planning
- Perform co-channel and adjacent channel interference testing and analysis

Qualifications• BSEE or equivalent experience
- 5 years RF Engineering experience
- 1+ years of hands on optimization on live Alcatel Lucent
