About the Role
Senior Electrical Engineer – Mission Critical Infrastructure
This position supports large‑scale mission critical facilities
—including hyperscale data centers, colocation environments, and high‑availability enterprise sites. The Senior Electrical Engineer serves as the technical lead
, driving electrical system design for new builds, expansions, and complex upgrades where uptime, redundancy, and reliability are paramount.
You will collaborate with multi‑disciplinary engineering teams, project management, and dedicated BIM resources to deliver highly technical solutions across fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments.

- Serve as the technical lead for electrical engineering on mission critical projects
- Develop power system designs including UPS systems, standby generation, power distribution, and grounding
- Produce detailed electrical one‑lines, specifications, load calculations, and system analyses
- Coordinate closely with mechanical, fire protection, structural, and technology disciplines
- Lead and mentor project engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD staff
- Support system upgrades and renovations in active high‑availability environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET‑accredited program preferred)
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong background in mission critical electrical design
, including greenfield and renovation projects - Experience with medium‑voltage systems, power monitoring, lighting, and lighting controls
- Ability to travel occasionally for client or site needs
- Ability to meet background, security, and/or drug‑screen requirements
- U.S. Citizen and Green Card Holders preferred
