We are seeking a System Engineer with strong experience in Linux systems, video compression technologies, and IP-based streaming/broadcast networks
. The ideal candidate will support and troubleshoot video delivery systems, work with modern streaming protocols, and collaborate closely with networking and media engineering teams to ensure high-quality, reliable video and audio transmission.

Job DescriptionAt least 2-3 years of experience with Linux OS (Command line) – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Video Compression Systems, Codecs and transmission protocols: SMPTE-2022, RTP, SRT/Zixi, HLS, DASH, Smooth Streaming, MPEG-2, H264, HEVC, J2K etc.
- Strong knowledge of Audio Compression:
Dolby AC3, Dolby Digital Plus, AAC, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision. Ad-Insertion: SCTE
35, POIS, ESNI/ESAM. - Networking - Solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3 routing, switches, Wireshark/ tcpdump) and any network diagnostics skills (hands on)
- Very familiar with video over IP networks: switching and routing protocols, Multicast/unicast, VLANs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar scientific related field
