We’re hiring a Lead CMM Programmer to own and elevate our inspection and quality processes. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who is confident programming CMMs using PC-DMIS
, mentoring inspectors, and partnering with engineering and manufacturing to ensure tight tolerances and world‑class quality.

Key Responsibilities- Lead all CMM programming and inspection activities using PC-DMIS
- Create, optimize, and maintain CMM programs for new and existing parts
- Support first article inspections (FAI), in‑process, and final inspections
- Review prints, GD&T, and customer specifications
- Train and mentor CMM inspectors and quality technicians
- Troubleshoot inspection issues and improve measurement repeatability
- Collaborate with Engineering, Machining, and Quality leadership
- Maintain calibration, documentation, and inspection records
- 5+ years of CMM programming experience
- Strong expertise with PC-DMIS
- Advanced understanding of GD&T
- Experience inspecting tight‑tolerance parts
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
- Leadership or mentoring experience (formal or informal)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Aerospace, medical, or precision manufacturing experience
- Experience with Hexagon CMMs
- AS9100 or ISO 9001 environment
- Hands‑on machining or manufacturing background
