Our client delivers innovative design and construction solutions across the MEP, HVAC, and mechanical disciplines, serving industrial and commercial clients nationwide.
Their project portfolio includes large-scale manufacturing facilities, life sciences buildings, data centers, and other high-performance commercial environments. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of complex, technically driven projects from start to finish. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge, energy-efficient facilities while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all phases of project execution, including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
- Partner closely with design and engineering teams to deliver innovative, energy-efficient MEP, HVAC, and building system solutions
- Manage multi-million-dollar mechanical, HVAC, or MEP projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Track project performance, proactively identifying and resolving risks, challenges, and schedule impacts
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders through status updates, forecasts, and milestone reporting
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in the design, estimating, and management of HVAC and/or MEP projects
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and building systems; familiarity with tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam preferred
- Proven leadership and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Interest in high-performance buildings and sustainable design practices
