We’re seeking a senior mechanical engineering leader who’s ready to take ownership, shape strategy, and build something meaningful. In this role, you’ll serve as a discipline lead across multiple projects while helping grow and mentor a high-performing MEP team. You’ll have the opportunity to strengthen client relationships, drive technical excellence, and make a visible impact on complex building projects.

What You’ll Do- Lead and grow local MEP design teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
- Serve as the mechanical discipline lead on multiple concurrent projects
- Drive HVAC system selection, engineering strategy, and overall design direction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, owners, and industry partners
- Oversee preparation of drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to mechanical designers and engineers
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget within the MEP consulting environment
- Participate in construction administration, including site visits and field observations
- Deliver exceptional client service from concept through construction
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in MEP design/consulting
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Strong project management background within the building systems space
- Deep expertise in HVAC systems and building mechanical design
- Thorough understanding of building codes and industry standards
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A proactive, high-energy approach to service and relationship building
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain)
- Working knowledge of IES-VE or similar energy modeling platforms
