The Construction Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager in overseeing 5–8 mechanical construction projects simultaneously, from start to finish.

• Manage procurement from start to finish, including submittals, procurement tracking, purchase orders, and closeout documentation.
• Maintain document control, including updated drawing sets, specifications, meeting agendas, and file systems.
• Research, submit, track, and return RFIs.
• Assist the Project Manager with project startup and closeout processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on material orders and equipment deliveries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Corporate environment or job site – fully onsite.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

No travel required. This is a fully onsite position.

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• General understanding of mechanical systems (plumbing, hydronics, sheet metal).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Sage, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).

• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical construction project engineering.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
